The costs of drawing up a will vary depending on the complexity of the will required.
We charge £350 plus VAT for a straight forward single Will. We charge £450 plus VAT for a pair of “Mirror Wills” where, for example, a husband and wife make Wills which are almost exact copies of each other.
A Will (single) to include trust/right to reside is £600 plus VAT.
Husband and Wife Wills, to include trust/right to reside is £800 plus VAT.
Multi Trust Wills are £1200 to £1500 plus VAT.
