We appreciate that, very often, before a decision is made as to the type of Will that needs to be put in place or a decision made as to whether Lasting Powers of Attorney should be created, there needs to be a discussion of facts and the imparting of information.
We also appreciate that a strong foundation of knowledge is the best base from which decisions can be made. Therefore, we offer an initial one-hour meeting, charged at a fixed rate of £200 plus VAT (£240). If we run over a bit, please don’t worry, there won’t be any additional unexpected costs.
As the meeting will be able to listen to your personal circumstances, to hear the questions or concerns that you have and then advise accordingly. Armed with the information we provide during that initial meeting you are then free to decide whether to proceed with a Will or Lasting Powers of Attorney or, indeed, to take the matter no further.
