Natalie Harvey

Natalie joined the team in 2011 having completed her Legal Practice Course in 2007. She qualified as a solicitor in 2015 having undergone her training contract here in our Civil Litigation Department.

Throughout her time here Natalie has worked on a full range of civil matters, specialising in Personal Injury claims, Criminal Injury Compensation Claims, debt matters, and small contract disputes.

Natalie is most proud of her work handling Criminal Injury Compensation Claims where clients have been injured as an innocent party to a crime, either as a direct victim or innocent bystander. In one such case she managed to recover £500,000 in compensation, the maximum that can be recovered, for a victim of sexual assault.

Since qualifying as a solicitor Natalie has also begun training in the area of Private Client work where she is involved in Will Writing, matters of Probate, and Application for Powers of Attorney.

Natalie is one of the young stars at Martyn Prowel Gartsides Solicitors who have shown time and again they are able to provide the excellent service and results that we pride ourselves on.
