Multi Track Route

The multi track route is for court cases that seek awards of more than £25,000 or that will result in a trial of longer than one day or are difficult cases.

Multi track cases are also dealt with in the County Court. If a case is of high value and/or involves difficult issues it could alternatively be started in the High Court.
