Caron Rockey

Caron Rockey has been a Director/Partner of Martyn Prowel Gartsides Solicitors since 2000 having worked at the firm since 1996 when the Company first formed. She qualified as a solicitor in 1992.

She initially specialised in civil litigation and thereafter personal injury and medical negligence. She represents clients across a range of civil work to include dispute resolution, personal injury, medical negligence and probate disputes. She acts for both Claimants and Defendants, businesses and individuals.

As Director Caron has encouraged the firm to consider its social responsibility through charity work, mentoring and has fostered a longstanding Equal Opportunities Policy.

She has for many years been a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Caron was shortlisted for the Woman Lawyer of the Year Award for the Law Society Excellence Awards in 2015. In 2019 she was a Judge for the Cardiff Life Awards and in 2020 for the Welsh Legal Awards. Caron is a former President of the Cardiff & District Law Society.

Caron is a Corporate Ambassador for the Charity, Bullies Out.
