Her professional negligence caseload mostly involves claims against former Solicitors who have acted negligently on behalf of clients, dealing with such issues as failure to take steps required in a claim or settling a claim insufficiently leaving the client without the compensation that they deserve. Such claims can arise from a former Solicitor failing to take account of loss of pension as a result of an injury, failure to properly investigate all aspects of the injury and obtain medical evidence in relation to the same or, simply, failure to properly assess the true value of the claim before agreeing on a settlement.
