Employee receives 31.500 for injuries sustained

Mr H was injured when he was standing in a designated walkway at work, talking with a colleague, when another colleague reversed a forklift truck over the back of the Claimant’s foot and ankle causing him to sustain a fracture and ligament disruption to his right foot and ankle. As a result of the injuries sustained, Mr H has undergone multiple surgeries and extensive rehabilitation treatment.
Mr H instructed Martyn Prowel Solicitors to claim compensation for him and settlement has recently been achieved in the sum of £31,500, plus payment for the private medical treatment received.

I am delighted that we have been able to settle Mr H’s claim and that he has received substantial damages for the traumatic injuries sustained.
