Police in England have revealed that after England’s draw with Algeria in the last World Cup domestic violence increased by 57% when compared with the same day the previous year.

This time around the Home Secretary has launched a new campaign ahead of the commencement of the popular tournament urging young men to think about the devastating consequences of domestic abuse.
