Paige Florence

Paige joined Martyn Prowel Gartsides Solicitors in 2026 as a Chartered Legal Executive and Accredited Police Station Representative with over six years’ experience in criminal defence.

Having graduated in Swansea University in 2016, Paige worked as a Litigator in a Personal Injury Firm, she then started her career in criminal defence in 2020, at a well-established firm in Gwent, remaining there until joining Martin Prowel Gartsides in 2026.  At this firm Paige developed extensive experience in all aspects of criminal law, including Crown Court cases that were serious and complex cases such as murder and serious sexual offences. Paige went on to complete the Bar Training Course (BTC), whilst working, in 2022, achieving ‘very competent’.

Paige has built a reputation for her dedication and commitment to her clients. Ensuring that clients are fully informed, supported, and able to engage with the legal process at every stage.

Paige has particular experience representing vulnerable individuals, those with mental health conditions, children and clients with additional needs. She is especially passionate about making sure that clients with additional needs are properly supported, that their needs are recognised from her first involvement at the police station and that they fully understand the proceedings they are involved in.

Outside of work, Paige enjoys going to the gym, keeping active, watching football and spending time with her family.
