James Lynch

James Lynch has been a Director/Partner of Martyn Prowel Gartsides Solicitors since 2003 having worked at the company since its formation . James became the firm’s Managing Partner in 2011 and is the firms Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration.

Following qualification as a solicitor in 1995, James specialised in criminal litigation. He has over 30 years’ experience representing clients in large and complex prosecutions brought by the Crown Prosecution Service, HM Revenue & Customs, the NHS Counter Fraud Authority, the Insolvency Service, and Companies House.

James is a qualified Duty Solicitor and maintains a presence in both the Magistrates’ Court and police stations, where he has practised regularly for many years.

James has  been a Council Member of the Cardiff and District Law Society since 2020
