Andrew Holtham

Andrew has over 30 years’ experience as a litigator in Criminal Law. He has been an Accredited Police Station Representative since 1996 and has experience of both Police Station and preparation of Crown Court matters.

Andrew first worked with Hugh James Solicitors from 1991 to 1996 and spent 24 years (1996 to 2020) at HPJV in Newport, where he specialised in Criminal Law.

Andrew has represented clients in a wide range of Criminal cases in the Crown Court where he has worked with a number of leading Queens/Kings counsel from around the United Kingdom. In addition to his general criminal work Andrew has specialist knowledge in dealing with non-accidental injury cases arising from childcare cases.

Andrew is interested in staying healthy and trying to maintain a full head of hair!
