Kylie Fackrell

Kylie first joined Gartsides in 2004 at just 16 years old, after several years away gaining diverse experiences in various roles and taking on new challenges, she returned to the company in August 2013, eager to contribute her skills.

Over the years, Kylie has made significant strides within the firm. She initially worked in the Accounts Department and later excelled as the Client Care Manager. In 2018, she progressed to the role of Practice Manager, where she played a crucial role in ensuring the firm operated smoothly while providing invaluable support to the Partners.

A key moment in Kylie’s career came in October 2022 when she was played an essential role in the acquisition of Gartsides, which then transitioned to become Martyn Prowel Gartsides. This strategic move was pivotal for the firm’s future, and Kylie’s insights and leadership were vital during this transformative period.

As of September 2024, Kylie has taken on the role of Operations Director. In this capacity, she oversees all aspects of our business operations, including human resources, technology, facilities, and day-to-day management across all offices.

Kylie takes pride in being approachable, fair, and having a great sense of humour.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, and skiing – whenever she can make it to the slopes!
